I know all too well that healing chronic illness & pain can feel overwhelming at times and, very often, frustrating & discouraging. It's ok to feel this way. There is no "good" or "bad" emotions or feelings, even though we may have been taught to label them as such. Our emotions and feelings are the best source of feedback our body and nervous system provide us, so it is important to listen and honor this feedback in order to find deeper healing in mind, body and spirit.
Throughout my healing journey, I have learned many practices & tools that have been so profound and powerful for me to find more empowerment and freedom in my body and in my life. I want to share what I have learned with you so you can heal AND live the life of your wildest dreams!
