REIKI SESSIONS

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that utilizes life force energy to relieve stress, balance the body and mind, improve immune function and much more. Reiki offers a beautiful opportunity to feel connected to one's Highest Self, and by doing so, offers a deep sense of calm and clarity. "Reiki gently and effectively opens blocked meridians, nadas and chakras, and clears the energy bodies, leaving one feeling relaxed and at peace." (International Center for Reiki Healing)

These reiki sessions can be either in person or distant healing sessions. In-person sessions may include a travel fee.

ANIMAL REIKI SESSIONS

Reiki is a form of energy healing that can never do any harm to a person or animal who gives or receives the healing; reiki can only bring positive energy, love and light making it a wonderful addition to any healthcare regimen! I do not need to touch or even meet your animal before sending the reiki, but we will hop on a quick phone call prior to the session to get clear on what questions you may have for your animal and where you would like me to focus on sending the reiki. Reiki can be helpful in easing a physical ailment or injury, improving behavior, lifting mood, healing from a traumatic experience and more!

These reiki sessions are distant healing sessions, meaning you and your animal can stay in the comfort of your home while the reiki is sent!

PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES

Private yoga classes allow me to give my students one-on-one attention, focusing on correct form to avoid injuries and build strength. I tailor each class to my student's personal needs and desires (for example, hip openers, shoulder openers, releasing tension in the neck, upper back, low back, building core strength etc). ​

These classes can either be in-person or via Skype or Zoom! For in-person classes, there will be an extra cost for travel.

I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (trained at YogaWorks) and I specialize in hatha yoga, restorative yoga, meditation and pranayama (breath work). ​

 

Yoga has changed my life in so many ways & I'm so thrilled to be able to share this amazing healing practice with you!

Like my private yoga classes, these meditation sessions give me a chance to create a completely customized experience for you!
Whether you are looking for more awareness, focus, energy, less stress/anxiety or maybe you are searching for specific healing guidance,
I will create meditations that will help transport you and transform you!

YOGA + MEDITATION SESSIONS

Yoga + meditation together are magic! Bringing them together in a session is my favorite way to teach–by moving the body through a yoga sequence, you gently prepare your physical body and your mind for meditation. If you've ever struggled with meditation, if you've never been able to come to stillness and sense the calm within yourself, I want you to experience the miracle of practicing yoga + meditation together! These classes are 1-hour in length, which includes a 40-minute yoga practice and a 20-minute guided meditation.

Sessions can either be in-person or via Skype or Zoom! For in-person classes, there will be an extra cost for travel.
