Yin + Restorative Yoga • Wellspring 88
This class provides the space to slow down and tune inward. Yin yoga can strengthen your resilience as you learn to meet discomfort on the mat with patience, awareness and breath and are then able to bring these tools off the mat into our lives. Restorative yoga offers an opportunity for you to create complete comfort so that you can find deep rest. In a society fueled by doing, Restorative yoga teaches us the importance of resting in our wholeness.
Please bring an eye covering if you desire and any other items that support ultimate rest and comfort. All levels are welcome and celebrated.
WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
Restorative Yoga Series
Restorative Yoga is a meditative practice that utilizes lots of props (blankets, blocks, pillows, straps, bolsters) to prioritize alignment and comfort. This creates the opportunity for you to drop into a state of deep, supportive rest.
Postures are usually held for 10-15 minutes–it takes time for our body, mind and nervous system to settle and shift into a state of rest.
If you’ve never experienced the sweetness of a fully supported 15-minute savasana, you are in for quite a treat!
Schedule:
Livestream (Zoom): Thursday, March 20 & April 3 • 7:30-8:30pm PT*
In-person at Wellspring 88: Saturday, March 29 • 12-1pm**
$30 per studio class / $10 per virtual class

You will need:

3-4 medium-sized blankets

An eye covering
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and layer up :) Warm, fuzzy socks are encouraged
*Livestream classes will be recorded. Recordings will be sent out within 24 hours to all those who have registered for the class ahead of time
**Studio class is limited to 8 people
