I really don't think so ;) You can use Yukon Gold potatoes or sweet potatoes OR a mix of both! Play with the spices and find your favorite combinations. The flavor possibilities are endless. I'm sharing my personal favorite blend, but you can use whatever spices are your favorite! C

Eating fresh fruits and veggies, moving your body regularly, spending time outside, treating yourself with love and staying mindful are important to integrate into your life all the time, but especially when you begin to feel the ick and throughout. The importance of sleep to heal the body...and ease anxiety?! (+ my top tips for your best sleep eve
The past week I've been nursing an injury–both Achille's tendons are inflamed which makes standing and walking extremely painful–and I've been sleeping 10-11 hours each night!
