Raw vegan, gluten-free WRAPS!!

Have you heard about Wrawps?! They are raw, vegan, gluten-free, pretty much EVERYTHING-free and they taste amazing!!! These are the two I tried–Veggie Life (Spinach + Turmeric) and Original (Turmeric + Oregano).

I saw them at Whole Foods and got super excited when I read the ingredients...

Lettuce

Spinach

Coconut

Flax seeds

Turmeric

Black Salt

Zucchini

Apple

AND ALL ORGANIC!!!!

So I thought "what the heck!" And decided to give them a try! You have to switch things up every once in a while, especially in the kitchen. And yes, I need to get excited about trying new ingredients to work with sometimes too ;)

The flavor of each wrawp is pretty mild actually, so if you're worried about turmeric and oregano being too strong of a flavor profile, don't! I'm really sensitive to flavor and spice and these do not disappoint. Full of flavor, but not overwhelming so you can't taste your fillings! Exactly what a wrap should be!

Get this!! You can warm them up, so if you want to fill them up with cooked fillings and are looking for a warm burrito-style wrap, these got your back! Or rather, your tummy :D

So to give you an idea of how to fill these tasty little guys, I'll post two versions of wraps below, but honestly, you can put anything in these! Fill with whatever your favorite veggies are or even a favorite salad recipe.

Recipe #1: with one Original Wrawp

Cauliflower rice

Sprouts

Tomato

Spinach

Dulse

Avocado

Recipe #2: with one Veggie Life Wrawp

Cauliflower rice

Basil

Mint

Cucumber

Sprouts

Spinach

Avocado

Lemon juice

These are just a few ideas, but the possibilities are truly endless! Instead of avocado, you can use tahini or hummus. Instead of spinach, lettuce. Instead of cucumber, carrots. Instead of tomatoes, bell peppers....you get the idea!
